Headlight Restoration

Headlight Restoration

Foggy, yellowed headlights don't just look old — they cut your night visibility in half. Bring them back to clear for a flat $85.

Modern headlights are polycarbonate plastic, and years of Central Valley sun break down their protective coating. The result: hazy, yellow lenses that scatter light instead of throwing it down the road. Our multi-stage restoration removes the oxidation, polishes the lens back to clarity, and seals it with a UV coating so it stays clear.

Our Process

How it works

01

Mask

We tape off surrounding paint and trim to protect it.

02

Sand

Multiple grits of wet sanding remove the oxidized outer layer.

03

Polish

Machine polishing brings the lens back to optical clarity.

04

Seal

A UV-blocking coating locks in the results and prevents future yellowing.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How long will the results last?

With our UV sealer, results typically last 1–3 years depending on sun exposure and how the vehicle is stored.

What if my headlights are cracked?

Restoration only fixes surface haze and yellowing. If a lens is cracked internally, replacement is the only real fix.

Do you restore fog lights and tail lights?

Yes — we can restore any oxidized polycarbonate lens on your vehicle. Ask us for a quote.

Can I just buy a kit and do it myself?

You can, but most DIY kits skip the UV sealing step and the haze comes back in months. Ours is designed to last.

Is $85 really the final price?

For standard vehicles, yes. Extremely oversized or severely damaged lenses may require additional prep — we'll always tell you upfront.
